OVERVIEWThis goal of this conference is to offer an exchange of knowledge and sharing of experiences that will enable attendees to improve the care and assistance provided to Veterans/Military Service Members, and their families.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITSRegistered Nurses and APRNs Nursing (CNPD Credit - will include pharmacology hours):
The University of Colorado College of Nursing is approved as a provider of continuing nursing professional development by the Colorado Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
This offering for a maximum of 13.5 contact hours (6.75 contact hours each day) is provided by the College of Nursing.
A Nursing Continuing Professional Development certificate will be emailed to participants within 30 days after the conference.
Pharmacists and Pharmacy ProfessionalsPharmacy (CPE Credit)
The University 0f Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (SOP) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education.
This event has been accredited for 13.5 contact hours (1.35 CEUs) of application-based continuing pharmacy education and assigned the ACPE number: 0008-0000-21-034-L04-P. To receive continuing education credit, participants must attend all scheduled activities, and complete the online post-presentation evaluation. Continuing pharmacy education credit is uploaded to CPE Monitor within 48 hours of completion of the online evaluation.
Physician Assistants, Physicians and APRNs Medicine (AAFP)
Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
A Certificate of Attendance is available upon request.

If you request cancellation by 5:00 pm on Friday, April 2, 2021, a refund will be issued less a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee.
No refunds will be granted after 4/2/21 for cancellation or non-attendance.If the Planning Committee must cancel the event, a refund minus handling fees will be granted to participants.
